Plants under development

ENERGOS is the technology partner for three major waste management companies who are developing recycling & recovery plants at Glasgow, Milton Keynes and Derby under long term contracts with their respective Councils. These projects are all under construction and will be commissioned in 2017 and 2018.

ENERGOS and independent developers have secured planning consents for ENERGOS designed plants at several locations in the UK. Four of these planning consents were granted within 12 months of the application date.

ENERGOS builds plants but can also deliver plants to customers under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. The plant can be built to various configurations with options for high calorific value and mixed waste streams. The modularity of the design facilitates future expansion if and when it is needed without discouraging recycling.

The gasification chamber, high temperature oxidation chamber, water-tube boiler and smoke- tube boiler and the control system are proprietary designs which are patented and manufactured to strict standards by our suppliers under intellectual property agreements. Other elements of the plant are standard components purchased from third- party suppliers.

Equipment and performance guarantees are offered as standard.
